In commemoration of its 15th anniversary, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants recently opened its fifth outlet at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, which also bears their signature teahouse-within-a-restaurant concept. The “teahouse,” Tian Fu Tea Room, is also available at their UOB Plaza outlet.

When you come here for the well-loved Oriental High Tea ($12++), you can now store some of that tea for return visits—just like you would a bottle of whisky at the bar.
