If, like us, you’re torn between the beach and a night of electronic music to celebrate New Year’s Eve, Epizode Festival has you covered. This Dec 31-Jan 10, 2018, the festival returns with a backdrop of Vietnam’s most beautiful, and biggest, island: Phu Quoc.
Over 50 international artists are performing at the festival, including big names like Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Dixon, Loco Dice and Chris Liebing, to name a few.
At 11 nights, the festival’s a music marathon, and performances stretch into the sunrise. For those inclined to concentrate their party time, a 3-day pass is available from US$120. There's also a US$201 promotion available only for parties of "two girls." Regular tickets for 11 nights are around US$201. Grab them here.
The organizers also offer reasonable deals on accommodation, starting at US$1,980 for a three-night stay at a three-bedroom private pool villa with breakfast included, which can be booked through the link above.
Phu Quoc is a popular island destination, combining modern hotels and blissed-out beaches with a jungle nearby for the more outdoorsy.
There are no direct flights from Singapore to Phu Quoc. But round trip flights via Ho Chi Minh City on Vietnam Airlines start from $265.
