There’ll be plenty of “yada yada yada” next June, because legendary comedian Jerry Seinfeld will be in town for his first stand-up show in Singapore.
The event, which is promoted by TEG Dainty, will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium for one night only on Jun 14, 2024. It is part of his Australian tour and will be his only stop in Asia.
The comedian is probably best known for his series Seinfeld which he created with Larry David. The show ran on NBC for nine seasons, winning numerous Emmy, Golden Globe and People’s Choice awards. It was named the greatest television show of all time in 2009 by TV Guide, and was identified as the best sitcom ever in a 60 Minutes/Vanity Fair poll conducted in 2012.
He has since starred in, written, and produced movies (Comedian, Bee Movie), become a bestselling author (Is this Anything?, Seinlanguage, and The Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee Book), and directed and produced a Broadway hit (Colin Quinn Long Story Short).
