Three years after its announcement, Madame Tussauds Singapore finally welcomes their newest addition: the multi-talented AGNEZ MO! Having her wax figure made also makes her the first Indonesian star to grace the hallowed walls of the iconic museum’s Singapore branch.
Joining the list of famed figures in Madame Tussauds came as no surprise. As the most awarded artist in Asia with over 350 awards under her belt, the international superstar was voted in by fervent fans as the next personality they would most like to see in the museum – thus paving the path that led to a four-hour wax figure sitting back in 2019 for the amazing singer, songwriter, music producer, actress, dancer, and model.
Dressed by American designer Prabal Gurung, AGNEZ’s wax figure depicts one of the star’s iconic, though ever-evolving, looks – the fashion icon and her famous experimental style has never been caught with a lacklustre wardrobe. Influenced by her life experiences, AGNEZ cites Audrey Hepburn and Aaliyah as her source of inspiration – as strong women who know what they want and have the tenacity to make it happen.
