The Aliwal Arts Centre‘s annual Aliwal Arts Night Crawl is back once again, this time with “Sarong Party” as its theme. There’ll also be a flea market in collaboration with The Local People, which will be situated at a car-free carpark, offering locally made artsy trinkets. Sunset Pasar #4
