Dutch DJ and producer Willem Rebergen, better known as Headhunterz, brings hardstyle beats to Zouk. But if you’re into house anthems, head to Ministry of Sound alum Justin Berkmann‘s house music set.

Spanish restaurant UNA celebrates its first anniversary by throwing a Spanish boqueria-style party with live music and artisanal stalls of Spanish produce, arts and crafts, wines and cheeses. 

Emerging Chinese contemporary artist Wan Tai Feng showcases various rare animals set in alternate fantasy worlds in his exhibition, A Kingdom of Splendor.

Tiong Bahru’s favorite bookstore BooksActually has a 24-hour bookstore event where you can eat satay and otah-otah while listening to readings by the likes of Audrey Chin, Pooja Nansi and Joshua Ip.

Singapore Stories – Urban Screening features five Singaporean stories told through the lens of local filmmakers in their maiden films for Discovery Channel. Plus, they’ve lined up a series of old school games, for nostalgia’s sake.

It’s Bastille Day, which means O Comptoir and O Batignolles are having wine specials. Dress up in stripes and drink wines starting at $6, while jiving out to a French live band. Did we mention there’s a $20 free flow?

Various crafters and hobbyists get together at the popular Maker Faire to selld works liked accessories, gadgets and various craft pieces.

The Silkscreen Printing Workshop lets you get hands-on with designing, creating and printing pieces using the block-out method. And you get to take the tote bag you designed home.

Beachy day parties are perfect for the weekends. This time, Belvedere Music Lounge brings DJs Mel DeBarge and Bento for a chillout house set at Tanjong Beach Club. And if you’re brave, continue the night at Zouk where LA-based Jennifer Lee, aka Tokimonsta spins hip hop and breakbeat tunes.

French-Mauritian singer-songwriter Jonathan Meur launches his first full-length album How To Build A Kite, supported by singer-songwriter Tamara Yousry and rock band Shades In Grey.

Do yoga while raising money for charity at Yoga Gives Back. The 75-minute session also includes a bunch of vendors like Ajuicery, The Sweet Stuff and Ohmywaves, a brand selling yoga jewelry (whatever that means).

Sunday at the Training Shed brings back more fun in the sun with music by Pushin’On, Matteblacc and Stew Bamrah, street art and more barbecued food.

Salsa Sundays at the Lawn
 is a free salsa workshop by JJSalsaRengue whereyou can learn basic salsa moves, followed by grooving to a live Latin band, Martin Reyes & Friends.
