Hearts Go Loco

NIGHTLIFE
If you are single, head over to the fifth edition of Hearts Go Loco, the anti-Valentine’s Day party. You will get to enjoy a range of “singles” activities like a kissing booth, a Tinder-inspired love letter board, bash your ex’s photo booth and of course, dinner service at Lucha Loco or, for walk-in guests, a taco-stand. Admission is free, but reservations are required for dinner.

NIGHTLIFE
Also for the staunchly anti-Valentines, Black Valentine at Good Luck Beer House is serving up an extensive craft beers selection, with stuff like Weird Beard’s Safe Stout, Heretic’s Black Maria, Tiny Rebel’s Stay Puft Nitro, Hardywood’s Ginger Bread Stout and Solo Skotidi (first time in Singapore).

FOOD
For the traditional, wow-worthy dinner-view-and-staycation, consider Lighthouse at Fullerton Hotel, serving a five-course dinner and offer a limited to five couples rooftop dining experience. You can also have a good night “sleep” at the giant comfy beds of the elegant five-star hotel after your dinner. Find out more restaurants here.

PARTY
Little India’s little queer bar Ladies District is having a party on the romantic occasion where you can bring a date to enjoy the two movie screenings of lady-classics Saving Face and Lost and Delirious. Entry is free and drinks start from $10.

FOOD
Don’t worry about burning a hole in your pockets with the $6 French wines served all-day at this super pretty bistro, Ginett Restaurant & Bar, opening right on Valentine’s Day. You can either have a value-for-money lunch set or a classy dinner with a staid but solid menu. This can also make up to a pretty decent date night location.
