$100 Gourmet brings Michelin-starred chefs to Colin Buchan and Joris Bijdendijk to cook up a six-course feast at the restaurant Pollen, while chef Daniel Sia and Joris Bijdendijk will cook up a similar meal at The Disgruntled Chef for guests. Lunch and dinner options are available.
DANCE
The Lion City Lockers are celebrating their seventh anniversary with Lockdown 2015, featuring dance workshops, a live band part by the Fungkimunkees, and a dance showdown of, presumably, the world’s best lockers.
FESTIVALS
The Singapore River Festival and ACM River Nights open today. The former features performances by La Fura dels Baus a Spanish dance troupe, a makers market and yoga classes, while the latter showcases art installations, a lightshow on the Asian Civilisation Museum’s facade and outdoor activities in the area.
The Singapore Wine Fiesta features 82 winemakers and 350 labels, so you can pair these with cuisine from local chefs like Malcom Lee from Candlenut and Bjorn Shen from Artichoke.
