It’s the last week of the month, and there are lots of ways to celebrate Halloween with parties, screenings, and fright nights galore. If you’re not into scare events, then head over to the Singapore Writers Festival, the Hermes: Leather Forever exhibition or maybe catch Kafka on the Shore while you still can.
