Your resolution to stay and eat healthy probably flew out the window this past weekend. If you’re too unmotivated to do anything about it, gather your friends to work off all the pineapple tarts and bak kwa you’ve been indulging in. Alternatively, you could team up with that and do some good by participating in runs that support some great social causes, or compete against your buddies in some competitive ones. Either way, you’re doing your body a favor.
