Just when you thought Open Farm Community was it for the year, lifestyle mavericks Spa Esprit Group is launching yet another dining concept—Lazy Susan—which features a celebrity guest chef at each of its restaurants for a limited period only.
First on its line-up is chef Hann Palcu-Chang from Toronto, who will be making a month-long appearence at House at Dempsey (Dec 3-27) and Open Door Policy (Jan). The former chef de partie at one Michelin-starred restaurants like Kiin Kiin and Kokkeriet in Denmark will be serving up breakfast and lunch items inspired by traditional Asian and Western influences such as prawn paste chicken on a rice flour waffle with sambal maple sauce, and braised jackfruit sliders in barbecue sauce with guacamole and pistachios; sliced lotus root sauteed with house-made chili jam, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and Thai basil.
