A slew of dining pop-ups are happening at Spa Esprit restaurants

Just when you thought Open Farm Community was it for the year, lifestyle mavericks Spa Esprit Group is launching yet another dining conceptLazy Susan—which features a celebrity guest chef at each of its restaurants for a limited period only.

First on its line-up is chef Hann Palcu-Chang from Toronto, who will be making a month-long appearence at House at Dempsey (Dec 3-27) and Open Door Policy (Jan). The former chef de partie at one Michelin-starred restaurants like Kiin Kiin and Kokkeriet in Denmark will be serving up breakfast and lunch items inspired by traditional Asian and Western influences such as prawn paste chicken on a rice flour waffle with sambal maple sauce, and braised jackfruit sliders in barbecue sauce with guacamole and pistachios; sliced lotus root sauteed with house-made chili jam, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and Thai basil.
