This year’s Audi Fashion Festival moves to Marina Promenade with a star-studded line-up of designers and an exciting schedule of fringe events.
Opening the five-day festival on May 15 is Carolina Herrera, presenting looks for its Fall 2013 collections. Under the International Asian category, there’s Raoul, with Victoria’s Secret supermodel Erin Heatherton strutting the runway, and Tsumori Chisato. Local labels Ashley Isham and Zardozë, alongside emerging talents from Parco next NEXT, Audi Star Creation and Future Fashion Now (FFN), will also be making their appearance. Finally, British-Turkish designer Hussein Chalayan is set to close the shows.
The new venue will also play host to a fashion cafe, a photography exhibition and a wine event. To wrap things up, W Singapore – Sentosa Cove is throwing the Audi Fashion Festival After Party at the Great Room, with W Global music director Michaelangelo L’Acqua on the decks. Up-and-coming American hip hop star Azealia Banks will also be performing for the first time in Singapore at the party.
