Chang Sensory Trails returns in July for another celebration of Thai cuisine and culture

If Artbox and the Thai Festival at the Royal Thai Embassy haven’t sated your appetite for all things Thai, then keep the weekend of Jul 7-8 free for the return of Chang Sensory Trails. Bringing together Thai music, art, cuisine and—of course—beer, Chang Sensory Trails will arrive in Singapore after stops in London and San Francisco.

Taking place at The Promontory at Marina Bay, this year’s event is expected to feature 12 of Singapore’s top Thai restaurants as curated by Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava and Dylan Jones – the chefs behind Bo.lan, ranked 19th on the 2017 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The dishes presented by these restaurants will draw inspiration from the duo’s memories, revisiting their travels and culinary journey thus far. Songvisava and Jones will also be on hand to host an exclusive Chef’s Table experience.

Admission to Chang Sensory Trails is free. Details are still being confirmed, so stay tuned for more information.
