Clarke Quay is about to get Singapore’s first cashless, queue-less bar

Pre-party drinking at Clarke Quay is about to get a lot easier with the opening of a new multi-concept 8,000 square foot space, appropriately named Get Juiced, officially opening on July 8.

Instead of ordering through a waiter (though you still can), Get Juiced wants you to order through their app and they incentivize you to do just that with deals like $5 for all housepours and half pints of Cresten draft beer, all day, every day. Other smashing deals include three bottles of Sol for $25 and 25 shots going at just $50.

The main incentive to use the app though, at least in our minds, is that you no longer need to get a wait staff’s attention in order to make an order or payment. We know how busy bars can get on some nights, and the last thing we want is to wave incessantly in the air to no avail. Simply top up the amount you need via the app and make all orders and payments there. You’ll also be informed once your order is ready, so you don’t need to wait stupidly in line for the bartender. And in case you’re wondering, there is free Wi-Fi there, so you don’t need to worry about eating up data.

Get Juiced is more than just a drinking hole though, as there will be a live music venue, a dance floor, and a chill-out spot to check out, depending on what you’re in the mood for. While not available at launch, a food truck concept dishing out bar bites will also be set up in the near future.

While the app can only be downloaded (on iOS and Android) and used from July 8, you can check out the place earlier if you’d like, starting from June 25 (the next day’s a public holiday), at their sneak peak event, before the venue soft opens to the public on June 30 and July 1, then from July 5 onwards.
