The Working Capitol hosts a sustainability festival this month

The fifth edition of Green Is The New Black—The Conscious Festival, a sustainability-championing event aimed at promoting the conscious lifestyle, is happening on Nov 28 (11am-8pm) at The Working Capitol. And this year, the theme revolves around hot-button topics like consumption.

It’s not a completely hippie-dippy festival, as the event line-up includes a panel discussion on the feasibility of sustainable fashion by industry insiders, a series of workshops on making simple but positive changes to everyday life and of course, a market hawking local fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, healthy food stalls and live entertainment by homegrown talents.

The event will also be raising money for charity in conjunction with Giving Week. Early bird tickets are at $17 for the panel discussion and you’ll have to register for their workshops. More updates here.
