3 interactive themed dinners to book in April

From circus acts to a Game of Thrones-themed dinner, you won’t have to worry about boring dinner convos here.

The Ringmaster’s Ball (Apr 10)

Nightlife heavyweights Massive Collective roll out a new interactive dinner series, Dastardly Dinners. Kick starting the series is a circus-style dinner where over-the-top circus characters use props and games to interact with diners. The three-course dinner sets you back $75 (including free canapes and bubbly from 8-9pm), while free-standing tickets are $20. Get your tickets here.

Faulty Towers The Dining Experience (Apr 9-12)

Based on the popular BBC sitcom Fawlty Towers that aired in the ’70s, this two-hour immersive performances lets you wine, dine and be a part of the show at the same time. With only a portion of it scripted, there’s room for improv and knee-smacking laughter. But don’t get too excited as original actor John Cleese will not be making an appearance. Requiem for the Red Viper (Apr 25)

Here’s one for all the Game of Thrones (GoT) fans. Bid a final farewell to Oberyn Martell (a.k.a. The Red Viper) over a six-course GoT-inspired dinner that’s served communally, in true King’s Landing fashion. Dressing up as characters of the show is also encouraged.
