The fifth installment of the Books & Beer book swap kicks off its first pop-up for 2016 with a craft beer and cocktail fuelled get-together at cozy cafe and bar place Belljar. Held on Jan 16 from 4-7 pm, expect lots of beers on tap, strong coffee, yummy food and a range of books to exchange.
The lineup is still being confirmed but judging from their previous gigs, we’re expecting an evening of book readings, literary exchanges and tasty pub grubs as you feast upon local and international classics by Alfian Sa’at, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Hemingway and V.S. Naipaul—classy stuff.
