We are no strangers to free-flow booze and food parties. But if you’ve ever wanted to indulge endlessly during high tea, Hilton Singapore is leveraging the free-flow trend with their Endless Saturday High Tea held at D9 Cakery on the lobby level—because all we want is to overindulge ourselves with our favorite things.
The free-flow high tea session will offer a collection of sweets and snacks, including their signature classic American cheesecakes and other more creative selections made from white chocolate and Illy coffee beans, matcha azuki, Valrhona dark chocolate, and more.There’s also a live ice cream station serving up Teppanyaki ice cream (which is most definitely Instagram Stories worthy).
For savory dishes, on the menu are roasted chicken tortilla wraps, pulled pork sliders and smoked salmon. But the star of the show is the oozingly good Swiss Cheese Raclette served a la minute. As for drinks, expect free-flow servings of TWG Tea from a selection of 10 different flavors, or booze up with free-flow sparkling wine, beer, white and red wines for an additional $35.
