Happening from Apr 16-17, this culinary crash course offers 20 masterclasses conducted by top chefs in Singapore, and the list of names reads like a foodie’s wet dream—Andre Chiang, Willin Low, Ryan Clift, Julien Royer and the inimitable Violet Oon are just some examples. Admission is $70 for morning sessions and $50 for afternoon sessions. One-day passes cost $120 while two-day passes are available for $160. More information here

Farmers Market at CulinaryOn

More interested in eating than spending time in the kitchen? This farmers market, also from Apr 16-17, features up to 20 food vendors selling organic produce and gourmet food products with a Champagne bar stocked with Moet & Chandon and Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky. Some participating vendors include The Butchers Club, Edible Garden City, Creamier and Huber’s Butchery.
