The Fray to perform in Singapore on September 27 2013

Colorado rock band The Fray will stop by Singapore to play at this year’s Guinness Arthur’s Day concert on September 27.

Best loved for hits like “You Found Me” and “How to Save a Life”, The Fray will play at a mystery location that’ll only be released closer to the event date.

In the lead up to the concert, local bands will compete in a “battle of the bands” competition, after which The Fray will hand-pick one winner to open for them on Arthur’s Day.

Only 1,759 tickets will be available, but they are not for sale. They’ll only be released through promotional “Acts of Boldness” activities around town, the details of which will be revealed on their Facebook page.

This annual concert celebrates Guinness stout founder Arthur Guinness’s legacy with music, and has been held in cities all over the world, including Dublin, New York and Kuala Lumpur.
