Get all the grilled meat you want at Singapore’s first-ever beach barbeque festival

Sentosa, who prides themselves as “The State of Fun”, is hosting the inaugural Siloso GrillFest over two weekends on Apr 13-16 and 21-23. The beach barbeque festival will see a total of 20 vendors who will set up shop, forming almost a one kilometer stretch of food stalls lined along Siloso Beach. There’ll be music performances from local artists like music duo Jack & Rai and MUSA The Collective, a three-member contemporary Chinese music group.

The vendors that will be joining the festival include Coastes, who’ll be dishing out Bourbon-glazed pork ribs, roast chicken with fries and their signature chicken wings; Ola Beach Club is serving Hyogo oyster, kalua pork tacos and OLA! chips; and the nearby Mount Faber eatery Spuds & Aprons will be serving both Indian and Western flavors which include dishes like murg malai chicken kebab seasoned with cream cheese and ginger garlic paste and Angus beef sharwanma. Other names include Greenwood Fish Market with their signature grilled Boston lobsters and Wave House Sentosa with their BBQ prawn skewers and sambal fish fillet. 

While you’re there, you might also want check out the Michelin Guide Street Food Festival happening on Apr 14-15, where 12 restaurants and vendors including Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle, Bib Gourmand awardee Wedang (known for traditional Malay classics like Gado-Gado), Michelin-star award restaurants like Song of India, Shoukouwa and Joel Robuchon Restaurant dish out their best.
