Guys, there’s a cheese truck making its way through Singapore this month

A little bit of cheese can do wonders for some dishes, but certain types, when eaten on its own, well, it’s a whole different story. That’s why we’re super psyched that the Centre National Interprofessionel de l’Enconomie Laitiere (CNIEL) and the European Union are teaming up to bring some of the best cheeses from Europe to the streets of Singapore.

Part of their “Say Cheese campaign”, a cheese-centric food truck will be hitting a few lunchtime hotspots to serve up tempting dishes made using European cheeses, such as the Bleu “Hollandaise” on Egg Croustade, Mozzarella Mousse and Shaved Parmesan Smashed Crostini, Gratin Dauphinois and a whole lot more. Look out for the food truck at Changi City Point on Oct 26, Mapletree Business City on Oct 27 and 1 Fusionopolis Place on Oct 28, between 11:30am to 2:30pm, to grab some bite-sized cheesy grub and to try a spread of cheese-focused canapes.

There’ll also be ambassadors who’ll be giving out tote bags to anyone who takes part in their on-site photo booths. More info here.
