Help this Singaporean non-profit LGBT organization continue its work by having drinks at this bar

Singapore’s LGBT scene might still be under the radar but it is definitely progressive, what with the growing number of people attending Pink Dot year after year, a queer arts festival in Kampong Glam last month and a fund-raising buffet dinner by former transgender model Amy Tashiana to help raise funds for the T Project. Now, a local non-profit organization for the LGBT community needs help.

Oogachaga is organizing a fund-raising cocktail session this Saturday. They’ve been around since 1999 and started out as a support group for queer men before branching out to provide support, counselling sessions and various community esrvices for the LGBT community here in Singapore. But in order to continue the great work they’ve been tirelessly doing out of their own time and to keep their facilities running, they need our help. Grab yourself a ticket and have a meaningful and fun Friday night over delicious Asian-inspired bar bites and cocktails at The Bar Above.
