Homebrews are possibly the next big thing in Singapore

The craft beer movement may still be going strong in Singapore, but it seems like there may be an emerging trend of homebrewers bottling their own beers, meads and ciders here.

Happening on Jul 27 (6-11pm), The Artful Brew is an event that brings together homebrewed concoctions and homegrown art for one night only at 188-8 Tanjong Katong Road. There, you can check out three different homebrews by a trio known only as John, KK and Daryl, who have been making beer styles such as Imperial Stouts, Saisons, Berliner Weisses and India Pale Ales for more than 10 years altogether. Besides tasting these homemade suds, art collective Tell Your Children will be customizing beer bottle labels in a mini gallery showcase.

Tickets are priced at $15 (Early Bird) and $19 (Standard), which you can purchase here
