Local events company LAMC Productions will be bringing English singer Morrissey to Singapore for a concert on May 8. The concert is said to be held at Fort Canning Park.
The 53-year-old pop rock star and former member of 80s band The Smiths has been pegged as “Mad Morrissey” several times by the media for his controversial stands, including those on race, animal rights and vegetarianism. Even so, Morrissey continues to sweep fans off their feet with his angsty lyricism, romantic baritone voice and slick quiff.
Tickets will go on sale on March 7 for $88-98 via Sistic. Tickets bought at the door will cost $110.
