There’s plenty to be excited about for this year’s Laneway on Jan 30: hot indie acts like Thundercat, Chvrches, Beach House, Purity Ring and regional acts like HK’s GDJYB, not to mention a better-than-ever collection of food and drink vendors. And just today, the organizers announced that for the first time ever there will be a fourth stage doing an all-day line-up of local and international DJs and visual artists.
So far confirmed are names like B.Bravo (USA) and JPS from Australia. On the local front, there’s Kiat and Kane from local collective Syndicate SG, Fauxe and Mean. Also check out homegrown artists like Brandon Tay & Empyreal, and the former will have some of his video art on display.
This stage is located in the Cloud Zone and it will have 11 hours of music. Put on your dancing shoes.
Tickets for the festival start at $180 on Sistic.
