Caribbean restaurant Lime House is hosting Singapore’s first rum festival ever. Rum Jam is taking place Oct 23-24, and you can get a crash course on rums by expert Ian Burrell, or learn all about pairing it with food at a three-course dinner. There’s also a tasting session where Caribbean producer will introduce rums from the Barbados.
And of course, there the obligatory and totally raucous closing party, with DJs and pop up bars as well as staples from Lime House.
The rum tastings are priced at $25, while the rum dinner will cost $110. Both events are hosted by Ian Burrell.
