Is it just us, because it seems like there’s an outdoor party happening every other weekend: there’s a hip arts carnival happening at a random carpark in Bedok, another one in an alleyway in the arts and heritage district of Singapore, and that now-legendary gin street party next weekend. Our calendars are filling up fast and furious, but before we get all boozed up, here’s another one to jot down: 1925 Microbrewery & Restaurant has a very exciting party cooking for next month (Dec 10-11) at Jalan Besar.
As the name suggests, the Drink Eat Party 2016 party will have great drinks, food and fun activites like zorbing and beer pong. 1925 Microbrewery & Restaurant will be offering beers on top such as their Manuka Stout and The Yellow Van, alongside other craft beers from Taiwan, Canada, Australia and America. To complement them, there’ll be a smorgasbord of barbeque food such as roast beef, barbeque chicken, grilled squid, sambal stingray and smoked duck. And what’s a party without some good music? Local band Paraphrase will be strumming calssic hits and current chart toppers and a local DJ will take over once the sun starts setting.
