Returning after a four-year hiatus on Apr 28, the event might not have Gordon Ramsay breathing fire down your neck, but you’ll still have to whip up a three to five course dinner for a guests at Kilo Orchard (who will be your judge, jury or executioner) under a 48-hour time frame. But fear not—the restaurant’s kitchen crew will stop you from sticking your head in the oven.
