New eatery Fat Cow is all about the beef

In case the name wasn’t enough to tip you off, it’s all about the beef at Fat Cow, specifically, Wagyu.
First, choose from Australian—Stockyward ($52/100g) or Blackmore ($85/100g) Ranch, both with a marbling score of A8+)—or Japanese from Kagoshima—A3 ($80/100g) or A5 ($95/100g) and exactly how much you want. Then, decide which of the four cooking styles you’d like: Charcoal grill, sukiyaki, shabu shabu or teppan.
But this month-old Japanese restaurant and bar also has a good selection of booze and zensai (appetizers) like heart of palm salad ($18) and grilled unagi accented with yuzu ($29).
