Remember the S League? The 2014 season kicks off on Feb 21

The 18th edition of the Singapore League kicks off this Friday, February 21 at the Jalan Besar stadium with a Charity Shield match between defending champions Tampines Rovers and Singapore Cup winners Home United.

This season, the Football Association of Singapore have unveiled initiatives that will include measures to enhance the match-day experience for fans. For example, they will each be given clappers before the game, view the full team line-up with photographs, get match statistics and even a match day preview.

Half-time entertainment will also be ramped up with performances at selected matches and a chance for eager fans to take photos with the club mascot.
