Sentosa is giving you the opportunity to relive the June holidays of your youth

Whenever June rolls around, it’s only natural to remember the school holidays of days gone by and the joy that came from not having to think about homework for a month. Thanks to Sentosa, you can revisit those carefree days even if you only have the weekend off. From now until Jul 9, Mega Fun at Sentosa will boast a line-up of events and activities, and many of them are free.

The highlight is undoubtedly the Mega Inflatables Playground at Palawan Beach which features Singapore’s largest ball pool and inflatable slide, not to mention a “foamy maze”. At nearby Palawan Green, you can expect screenings of movies at Movies by the Beach. Both events are on from Thurdays to Sundays, Jun 8-25.

Happening four times a night throughout the run of Mega Fun, Merlion Magic Lights is a light and music show that took more than 2,800 man hours to put together. With cutting-edge projection mapping technology, you’ll see the iconic Sentosa Merlion in a new light. There will be two extra shows on weekends, the eve of the Hari Raya Puasa public holiday and the Hari Raya Puasa public holiday.

If you’re a fan of escape rooms, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to put your skills to the test in The Guardian, a puzzle game that takes place aboard a cable car on the Sentosa Line (Jun 12-Jul 2). Visitors can also look forward to making the most of deals at attractions and F&B establishments around Sentosa available only during this period.
