After releasing his seminal 1977 LP four years ago, Danish electronic producer Rune Reilly Kolsch returns to the Cologne-based record label Kompakt with a highly-anticipated new album, 1983, which continues to defy the foundations of techno with its melody-driven tracks. The fourth installment of Boat Quay club Headquarters’ Foreign Affairs night sees one of Hong Kong’s finest techno DJ taking over the club’s turntables.
