On Aug 30, some of Taiwan and Hong Kong’s best-known singer-songwriter personalities will be performing at Under the Stars 2011, Singapore’s first Mandarin indie singer-songwriter festival.Amongst them are renowned regional favorites like Lala Hsu, Peggy Hsu, Crowd Lu and hocc.
