There will be a festival dedicated to drinking Pinot Noir this November

Wine festivals are nothing new in Singapore, but this upcoming one to be held on Nov 25 is for the Pinot Noir fans.

Pinot Palooza, to be held at Esplanade’s Annexe Studio, is a traveling wine and music festival from Australia dedicated to the unbridled imbibing of Pinot Noir wines. The festival has trekked across Australia and New Zealand the past few years since it started in 2013, and this year, after traveling through several major cities such as Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, its organizers are now bringing it to Asia for the very first time in Singapore.

They’re gonna showcase Pinots from 40 of the best wineries in Australia, New Zealand, Italy and the US, as well as food from several local restaurants (they haven’t revealed the deets yet). And if you’re wondering what the vibe will be like, it’s going to be a chill, festival set-up judging from their past events, where you can drink as much as you want without judgy stares from wine snobs.

Each festival-goer will also be given a nice, big Plumm RedB glass, for you to go around sampling the many wines available, which you can bring home later too, if you wish.

Pinot Palooza is taking place on Nov 25, 1pm-6pm at Esplanade, Annexe Studio. Tickets are on sale now at $50 (early bird) and $60 after.
