Because they know we love our food, French hospitality giant AccorHotels is throwing a massive celebration dedicated to local cuisine across all their hotels in Singapore in a bid to satisfy our insatiable hunger.
The nine-day AccorHotels Singapore Food & Wine Festival taking place from Nov 4-12 includes establishments like Raffles Hotel, Fairmont Singapore and So Sofitel Singapore, as well as upcoming ones such as Novotel and Mercure Stevens Road and Sofitel Singapore City Centre; which means well-known restaurants and bars like Jaan, Anti:Dote and Hi-So will be involved.
Michelin-starred chef Kirk Westaway, Raffles Hotel legend Amos Ting and chef Louis Tay of Swissotel Merchant Court, who took the gold in the Culinary Olympics 2016, are some of the names expected to represent a total of 40 establishments taking part.
To kick off the festival, pool parties will be held across several of their hotels’ pools (Hi-So will undoubtedly be the one to go to), followed by masterclasses on cocktail shaking and baking, culminating in what they’re calling a Super Sunday brunch at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, where each of the group’s restaurants and bars will come together to showcase their signature dishes and drinks along with some entertainment.
More details are slated to be revealed, but head over to their website for more info as they come.
