Craft beer distributor Applehops, who’s famous for bringing in highly sought after and rare craft beer brews (including British, Swedish and American ones), will be hosting a Eureka! Beer Celebration on Jul 30.
Held at indie cafe/bar Red Baron from 4:30pm-11:30pm, the event will have bottled beers and beers on top from Alesmith Speedway Hammerhead, Omnipollo Olympus Mons, B.Neltar Dwarf Invasion, Cloudwater Spring/Summer Citra, and more—all at $10 per glass. You’ll probably want to head down early too, since most of the beers are only available on a 1-keg basis; so yes, first-come, first-serve. They’ll also fix you up with a live music programme and a special food menu to last you throughout the night.
As with every true craft beer lovers, you’ll definitely want to bring something home. The bottle shop, which opens from 6:30pm onwards, will showcase beers from breweries like Hoppin’ Frog, Westbrook, Wicked Weed, Cloudwater and more; most of which will be making a debut in Singapore.
