The last week of February is going out with a bang, with lots of foodie, boozy parties, drink tastings galore, and outings to make you sweat. Here’s what’s good:

Mon, Feb 22

This edition of The Working Capitol’s Mindful Monday is all about using pilates and barre techniques to strengthen your muscles.

To celebrate Potato Head Folk’s relaunch, the bar and restaurant is throwing a tropical-themed party with shots, skewers, special deals on cocktails and a live Tiki band.
