The 85-year old Tiger Beer has been making its rounds at popular spots like Raffles Place, Clarke Quay and Shaw House to unveil their new flavors since last month. If you’re still interested in tasting them—Tiger White, Tiger Black, Tiger Radler and Tiger Silver—you can catch them at the last pop-up on May 4-6 at Orchard Gateway from 1-9pm.
Besides these new flavors, they’ll also be serving what they call “the freshest commercial beer possible”, which is done by delivering fresh kegs of beers daily to the event, where the dispensing units will be prepared on-site as well. The beer served in these fresh kegs are the Singaporean variant of Tiger Extra Fresh (limited bottles are available each day).
You can even check out the brew house exhibit where they’ll show you the Tropical Lagering, a process that modifies the fermentation process for brewing beers in a tropical climate like ours. They’ve also put up some fun bits of facts about their brewery (they brew their beers using only solar energy) near the charging docks for the solar panels to dispel any myths around the process.
