Two of the city’s favorite barbecue haunts—Duxton Hill’s king of burgers, MEATliquor SIN and Texas barbecue experts Decker Barbecue—are coming together to throw an epic, boozy brunch party aptly titled MEATdecker tomorrow from 11:30am-4pm.
Curated selection of larger-than-life starters, sides, burgers and sandwiches aside (everything priced between $15-$20), what you should really go for is the Triple Decker, a gluttonous burger stacked with slow-smoked chopped beef brisket, pulled pork and sausages atop a soft roll, topped with coleslaw and all your other usual suspects. They’ll also be serving up some special cocktails for the event, as well as signature ones like the Duxton Fizz ($19), a concoction of vodka shaken with pear, fresh lemon juice, strawberry and topped with fizz.
