This upcoming exhibition highlights the contrasting colors of Singapore’s public housing

LUDO Gallery and the Visual Arts Centre will host a solo exhibition featuring the work of Korean-born New Zealand artist Shin-young Park. Taking place from Jun 6-8 at the Visual Arts Centre and Jun 10-20 at LUDO Gallery, Dwell:ing offers new perspectives on Singapore’s public housing and shared public spaces.

Inspired by Singapore’s multi-cultural society, Dwell:ing makes use of two different mediums. The first is an installation of 100 photographs depicting the contrasting colors of HDB flats around the country. The second is a series of layered print works on metal and paper which depict both natural and man-made objects.
