If you love a good scare, then you’re in for a treat with the sixth edition of the Halloween Horror Nights. Universal Studios Singapore is pulling all its stops with a record number of haunted houses, thrilling rides and more, all circling the central theme of familiar Singaporean folk tales, as well as Western and other Asian horror stories.
Some of the major attractions of the spookfest include a total of five haunted houses; one of which is modelled after the infamous Old Changi Hospital while another shows the aftermath of a massacre at a typical hawker center. Other ghastly characters like the Pontianak, flesh-eating creatures, demonic shapeshifters and even DeFeo Witches of the Salem Witch house will be making appearances” throughout the compound.
USS has even created their own version of Japan’s notorious Suicide Forest, which makes up one of the two scare zones. Also, for the first time, you can join in on a carnival procession that’s lined with exhumed coffins, huge skeletons and the main character for this year, the ominous Lady Death.
Halloween Horror Nights will take place on over 16 selected nights spread across five weekends starting from Sep 30. You can catch your early bird tickets starting from $51 till Aug 28.
