What you can expect at “Singapore’s longest brunch” that goes on for 12 hours straight

There are few better treats after a long week at work (and a big Saturday night) than a boozy Sunday brunch. If you’ve ever felt that a two- or three-hour feast simply isn’t decadent enough, however, Monti at the Fullerton Pavilion has just the thing for you. Taking place every Sunday from Apr 16, Monti Festino kicks off at noon and doesn’t wind down until midnight. Here’s what you can expect.

From noon until 3pm, you tuck into a lavish Italian-style buffet spread which includes a wide selection of seafood on ice, a live risotto station, a live carving station and pasta from the kitchen. There are also “Amp Your Mojito” and DIY Bloody Mary booths. Once the dining is done, you’ll be invited to Monti’s rooftop where guest DJs will be spinning house until 7pm. The soiree slows down for a couple of hours but come 9pm, it’s all about jazz. Resident musicians from Jazz At Monti will be on hand to jam away until midnight.

The standard brunch buffet (noon-3pm) is priced at $90 and free flow options are available for non-alcoholic drinks ($120), wine ($140) and Champagne ($160).
