Recognized arts venue Gillman Barracks will be hosting an outdoor festival in celebration of its second anniversary on Sep 26. In addition to exhibitions and artist talks across many of the international galleries, you can expect to enjoy local band performances, art installations, a pop-up market by The Local People and food stalls on site.
