After taking over hell-themed park Haw Par Villa with contemporary art last year, art collective Latent Spaces return with a full-blown two-day festival. Yes, for real. Jan 16 sees the opening of group art exhibition Absolving the Object, performance art and guided tours, and Jan 17’s line-up includes video installations and a collaborative performance art/music piece headlined by The Observatory.
