This is renowned Korean artist Chanil Kim’s first showing in Southeast Asia, and the first exhibition ever at the new Gallery Huue. Kim’s works are characterized by irregular contours and unique forms of lines that run across the flat canvas in such a way that the painting seems to pop off the canvas. His works preserve the essence of any painting with simple dots and lines, but add another dimension with texture and depth.
