The Sunday brunch menu at the Bar & Billiard Room ($158, $178 with Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve or $198 with Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Rosé) includes fine fare from around the world including pata negra ham, foie gras, fresh raviolis, wagyu beef, three kinds of oysters, a wide range of French cheeses and homemade ice-creams. Plus, there’s beer, Singapore Slings, soft drinks, juices and red and white wine such as Pinot Grigio from Catarrato and Nero d’Avo from Sicily.
