Poolside dining spot The Waterfall at Shangri-La recently introduced a revitalized (and really rather nice) Sunday food offering, simply called, The Brunch. Expect unlimited appetizers, seafood on ice (including four varieties of oysters), a meat carving station and Mediterranean-inspired buffet, as well plenty of dainty desserts. Our favorite though is the croissant-waffle hybrid, a.k.a. the croffle. It’s $118 for brunch only, $158 if you’re in the mood for Taittinger Champagne, herb-inspired cocktails and wine, and $198 if you want the really premium drinks.
