Happy People Helping People Organization will be inviting 200 elderly residents of Toa Payoh down to this potluck buffet. Participants can contribute dishes (any amount and type), volunteer as servers or pack ration bags. There will also be a Free Flea Market where you bring any items you no longer need at the Multi Purpose Hall. All items there are free to take home (or you can choose to make a donation).
