Headlining local music collective Darker Than Wax’s latest party is a veteran of the early Detroit techno and Chicago house scenes—a close protégé of the influential Ken Collier, who was in turn a key personality in the Detroit techno movement. He’ll be playing soulful vintage house and soft techno, along with a live performance by sax man Kaye.
